The cleanliness fell short of expectations. I found a previous guest's dental apparatus in the bedsheets after my initial night. The drains required thorough cleaning, and the tub finish showed wear.

the pool and garden area looked well kept. the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile (this was wonderful). the location made it easy to explore the city. i found good pubs and cafes nearby. a convenient supermarket.
i did find that the room wasn't cleaned as thoroughly as i had expected after i requested it specifically.
